Physician

Job Details:

To provide quality medical management of methadone maintenance treatment.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct care to patients, including conducting initial history and physical examination to determine whether patients seeking treatment meet the diagnostic criteria.
  • Authorize, monitor, and sign orders for medication initiation and changes
  • Monitor care, check progress and discharge patients
  • Ensure the accurate maintenance of comprehensive medical records
  • Work with an interdisciplinary team to plan individualized treatment
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be a New Jersey licensed medical doctor who is board certified by the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners
  • Knowledge of Pharmacotherapy of addictions and opioid treatment
  • Knowledge of laboratory techniques and practices of medicine
  • Ability to maintain positive public relations

Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary: 

Responsible for working at check-in windows during medicating hours and duties throughout the clinic during non – medicating hours.

Responsibilities:

  • To collect patient fees and record payments
  • To run a daily patient payment report
  • To reconcile patient fees collected with daily log and prepare deposit
  • To inform patients of all required associated treatment information appearing as alerts such as urine sample collection, counseling holds and medical holds, etc..
  • Answers telephone
  • Urine Downloads, collections, and labeling
  • Process transfers
  • Enter Intakes into AMS as required
  • Print and process Detox list 1x a week
  • Be knowledgeable of and enforce agency policies and procedures
  • Maintain patient records including labeling, filing, and organizing
  • Order supplies as needed
  • Copy and distribute documents as needed
  • Assist in chartroom as required
  • Update, maintain and communicate any changes to group check-in sheet daily
  • Other duties as assigned

Drug and Alcohol Addictions Counselor Intern / CADC

CADC/LCADC Counselor position available in the Camden County area, Methadone Modality.

Requirements: 

Must have HS diploma, prefer some higher-level education, possession of a CADC/ LCADC is a plus. Bi-lingual a plus. Knowledge of the drug and alcohol field, compassionate attitude with population, cooperative team player, high ethical standards, professional manner, constructive approach to problem-solving.

Job Description: 

Complete a comprehensive assessment of clients’ substance abuse history and treatment requirements and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance to federal and state regulations. Provide individual/ group counseling, facilitate didactic groups. Document treatment/discharge plans and clients’ progress and responses to treatments; maintains related records and charts. Performs case management and contributes to client care monitoring. Other duties as assigned.

LPN / RN

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing medical services directly to patients and for maintaining the appropriate records and medical files as per State and Federal regulations.

Some Essential Functions Include:

  • Maintain medical records including but not limited to individual charts, daily medication logs, dosage reports, progress notes, etc…
  • Monitor and control all medications and medical supplies needed
  • Control and monitor the release of client medical information
  • Administer and dispense medication in accordance with New Jersey State and Federal regulations
  • Perform medical intake on new patients
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

RN licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
One year of experience or knowledge in the field of substance abuse preferred
Must meet competency standards as set forth in the Competencies for Nurses

Licenses / Certifications Needed: NJ Registered Nurse License

Billing Specialist

Looking for an individual who is detailed oriented and has experience in Billing Coding.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain accurate patient accounts
  • Generate, transmit and reconcile Medicaid, SAI billing
  • Process private pay, single pay, and third party pay agreements
  • Handling Insurance negotiations
  • Maintain grids identifying MCO’s
  • Confirm eligibility for Medicaid
  • Communicate missing items to appropriate parties to ensure accurate billin
  • Other duties as assigned

Certified in Coding required

Background in the mental health and addictions industry a plus.

Clinical Supervisor

  • Responsible for the supervision of clinical services.
  • Chair Committee preparing for accreditation.
  • Provides in-service training to clinical staff on a regularly-scheduled basis.
  • Monitors clinical records regularly for quality and compliance with State and Federal regulations. Conducts mock inspections.
  • Provides training and technical assistance to staff.
  • Provides and documents regularly-scheduled individual and group supervision to counselors according to the requirements set forth by the Division of Consumers Affairs.
  • Must be knowledgeable and enforce agency policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a small caseload of stable patients.
  • Other duties as assigned.
